in consideration of receiving and accessing AutaBuy.com, the user agrees to
be bound by the terms of this agreement. Use of AutaBuy.com shall constitute
acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this agreement. If you do not
wish to be bound by this agreement, do not use AutaBuy.com. You specifically
acknowledge and agree that the AutaBuy.com is not liable for any defamatory,
offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal conduct of any user. If you are
dissatisfied with any AutaBuy.com site content, or with the access agreement
of AutaBuy.com, in whole or in part, your sole and exclusive remedy is to
discontinue using AutaBuy.com.
LIABILITY
AutaBuy reserves the right to reject any advertisement for any reason. In
consideration of publishing any ad (in print or online), the advertiser
shall indemnify, defend and save AutaBuy harmless from and against any loss
or expense arising from publication (in print or online), including, without
limitation, any loss or expense resulting from a claim or suit for libel,
invasion of privacy or copyright infringement or any other claim based on
the content of the advertisement. AutaBuy cannot be responsible for errors
caused by illegible copy. Failure by AutaBuy to publish an ad for any reason
does not subject AutaBuy to any liability whatsoever. AutaBuy's liability
for any error or omission in publication and/or online will not exceed the
cost of the space occupied by the advertisement.
Indemnity
AutaBuy Magazine and AutaBuy.com is simply a classified ad service, all
transactions are between advertiser and buyer and AutaBuy Magazine and
AutaBuy.com is not responsible for transactions between either. You agree to
indemnify and hold AutaBuy Magazine and AutaBuy.com, its parent or
subsidiary companies and their affiliates, and their respective directors,
officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims and
expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from breach of this
agreement, any other policy, your use or access of AutaBuy.com or any
internet site linked to or from AutaBuy.com, or in connection with the
transmission of any content on AutaBuy Magazine and AutaBuy.com.

nationwide throughout the United States & Canada. A commitment of quality &
